Liver fluke is changing with the weather and climate. Administering a dose on a set date in the calendar is no longer proving effective. We will discuss how to determine your farm's fluke risk and the various testing options, including a new lateral flow test. Additionally, we will provide a reminder on which stage of the liver fluke lifecycle the different chemicals are effective against.

Over the last 25 years Signet Breeding Services has developed a wide range of new and informative breeding values that allow ram breeders and their clients to be far more ambitious; lifting flock efficiency, improving health and welfare and breeding sheep with a lower carbon footprint.
In this session we will hear how ram breeders are embracing new technologies including the use of genomics to breed the sheep we will need in the years to come.
