Note: Sheep breed stand space at 3m (10ft) depth is limited. Please book early.
Only NON MVA sheep are allowed on trade stands. Please note that if you are exhibiting sheep within your stand they must be in place before 6pm on Tuesday 3rd June, as there will be no access to the site after this time and a veterinary inspection of all sheep will take place that evening. Please ensure suppliers of sheep are informed of this very important ruling.

Electric bookings must be made on this form. Late booking may be considered subject to availability but will be charged at £200/socket.
Please note that Farmers Guardian is the Media Partner for the event and may contact you regarding advertising in the Official Preview within the magazine. NSA will also produce event information to be distributed ahead of the event and given to all visitors on the day. This will be an A3 map of the showground, folded down to a pocket-sized flyer. It will include a timetable, essential event information and a list of trade stands and numbers. There will also be space for a limited number of company adverts (roughly the size of a business card). Advertising opportunities are also available in the editions of Sheep Farmer leading up to the event, which will carry extensive promotion of the event.
The name and address entered here will be listed on the NSA North Sheep website and the company name and stand number when allocated will be listed in the NSA North Sheep 2025 Leaflet at no charge.
Deadline: 14th February 2025 Applications received after this date will incur a 20% surcharge and will only be offered subject to space being available.
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT AT THIS STAGE. An invoice will be raised and sent to the email address supplied. If paying by BACS, please use the invoice number as the reference.
